The Vishal Group, official trader of Volkswagen in Nepal, has shifted its focus a little to commence the distribution of Suzuki motorcycles in the Nepali market. However, VG had already signed the dealership agreement with Suzuki Motorcycle India about four months ago.
Along with the long standing Suzuki distributor in Nepal, Ganesh Enterprises, VG opened up two new showrooms in the Capital, for the distribution of the motorcycles in the Nepali market. The showrooms have been set up in Teku for Kathmandu and in Kumaripati for Lalitpur – under the name of VG Suzuki since Monday.
It has been notified that Ganesh Enterprises would be selling motorcycles contrived by the Suzuki franchise in Japan, China and India while the two new showrooms would only entertain motorcycles modeled exclusively from India only.
For the beginning the new showrooms would be sporting five Indian motorcycles namely Suzuki GS150R, Suzuki Hayate, Suzuki Sling Shot Plus, Suzuki Swish 125 (scooter) and Suzuki Access 125 (Scooter).
